Because of some recent drama in the Chinese Latale community, the S4 337.361 files basically got leaked everywhere. Most sellers are charging under 30 bucks now, so I figured… might as well just make it free for everyone.

The default SPFs are in Chinese language. I kept them that way on purpose so the English version doesn’t get flagged by Papaya.

With these scripts, you can create new accounts, recharge points, restore the database, and set GM permissions for all characters.

Steps for installation:

1. Install the database. I made a self‑installing SPX package to make things easier. Run it as administrator so UAC doesn’t interrupt anything. The installer is built for English Windows, since it includes the English version of MSSQL setup program. If your system uses another language, you might need to install things manually or swap out the embedded MSSQL setup.

2. Extract the server files to C:\latale337\. That’s the default path used in the config.ini, so if you stick with it, you won’t need to change anything.If you want to use a different location, just replace all occurrences of the path in the config with your own and save it.

3. The server programs only read encrypted config files (the .inis files). Before they’ll run properly, you need to install the required runtime: Visual C++ Redist Installer V56.exe.

4. Import the encryption key by double‑clicking the reg file:

5. If you changed the default path or tweaked anything in the INI files, you’ll need to run Update_Config_File.exe to re‑encrypt them.

6. Drag and drop the ini file into the encryptor’s GUI area.
